An Inkjet-Printed Amperometric H2S Sensor for Environmental Applications

Hydrogen sulfide (H2S) is a highly toxic chemical capable of causing severe health issues. Due to its environmental impact, it critical create effective methods for monitoring. Inkjet printing technology has become an alternative sensor fabrication because economic, fast, and reproducible method mass producing micro-electrodes. Herein, miniaturized 25 mm2 inkjet-printed amperometric presented. A gold electrode coupled with silver track was modified two inks: single-walled carbon nanotubes (SWCNTs) mixture SCWCNTs poly(vinyl alcohol) (PVA). Morphological electrochemical properties were studied, as well H2S performance. This approach suitable option tracking.
